Janak Kulkarni
Managing Partner & Founder
Janak has led major energy projects through feasibility, development, and handover to operations across the globe for over 15 years. He has fully transitioned to real estate in 2020. His expertise in construction, project management, and operations make him vital to Catalyst's strategy. He spearheads all activities at Catalyst and has a strong passion for revitalizing real estate.
Janak holds a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management and Minor in Architecture from the University of Houston.
Susannah Kulkarni
Managing Partner
Susannah works in the energy trading business and has diligently progressed through various commercial roles. Her deep expertise and passion for deal evaluation and negotiation makes her invaluable to Catalyst's success.
Susannah holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University - Lubbock.
